they say their phone hours are at 8 but i call at 8:15 and the recording says that the office is closed. they need to fix it. once they do answer you can hardly understand them b/c of poor English. and they make you wait a long time even when you have an appointment. i had an appointment for 1:15 i wasn't seen until 3:30 and i had to talk to every person in there until was was seen. RIDICULOUS!

I've been going her for my birth control since I was 16 and have always felt comfortable with the doctors. I have encountered a few receptionists that aren't too friendly on a regular basis but it hasn't stopped me from going. They do accept most insurances however if you do not have insurance all they ask for is a donation for the services they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially teens, that are in need of birth control or STD testing. Again they are free of charge if you do not have insurance!!
