  Monterey Sports Center is one of the largest and most complete family fitness facilities on the Monterey Peninsula. Its amenities include two heated indoor pools, a water slide, group exercise studios, weight training and cardio fitness centers, babysitting services, showers and lockers, a sun deck, a therapeutic assessment center and personal training services. Monterey s sports caf offers deli sandwiches, light snacks, salads and beverages for the convenience and enjoyment of guests, and its pro shop has items for sale such as swim goggles, t-shirts, sweatshirts, aquatic shampoo, nose plugs and other fitness accessories. The sports center is also available for private rental for birthday parties, company picnics, corporate meetings, school parties and many other special events.
